There seem to be events locked on the locations you already built so its save to assume that there is 1 naughty event for every building at least.

I have no idea how to give an estimation of how many of those events exist…. In the live mode you cannot progress the main game story and arranging a maid schedule is frankly a waste of time … but instead you can pick a number of maids to experience random events with them, some of them naughty. it adds a new way to play the game the live mode. Installing the Adult expansion Gp01 from the same website in all in one package essentially turns the game to a naughty anime porn filming studio. Installing the adult patch on its own gets rid of some censorship issues and costs 5$ from the S-court shop.

This unlocks some relationship related events, such as going out on a date with the said maid but those events are not naughty inherently.

With no extra features the whole dating simulator in the vanilla version is rather simplistic as you are limited into improving the relationship with the maids by watching over their daily activity. The vanilla game of COM3D2 is devoid of erotic content you can probably still make the maids you create pose with their underwear which would make the game 18+ but apart from that. Despite the fact that you need to win the idol dances to win the game actually playing the dance minigame is not essential as you can always choose to let the maids use their stats to auto win the challenges provided they are good enough. The plot is that you gain a mansion staffed with some maids along with a huge debt that comes with it and you need to… well man up and fix it or die (apparently your body is collateral for the yakuza or stg) Now the debt never comes into play during the game which is somewhat sad since I guess it would make the game a bit more challenging. Items and patches from CM3d2 are compatible mostly with Com3d2 and vice versa.

With some small differences, instead of 1 custom maid you have 3 and the characters are slightly different.

The game follows the path of its predecessor CM3d2…. For the vanilla game I am not sure how the dating simulation works.
